If there is a location near us that either a book or a movie took place, these girls have two words for you, FIELD TRIP!
We took a trip to Coupeville, WA on Whidbey Island because that is where Practical Magic was filmed! The house that the Aunts, Sally, and Jillian lived in was filmed on the San Juans, but that house was just a shell and was torn down after filming. All of the town shots though were real! So we took a little trip to find Sally's shop and other outside film areas.
