Hello listeners!!
We have been watching the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strike closely, as this is something near and dear to Bri. Bri has given up seeing movies in theaters and other forms of entertainment during this time, and upon recent discoveries we found that there’s a chance if we were to publish our episodes comparing and contrasting book adaptations released by some of the main production companies involved in the strike, that this could create future problems for Bri’s dreams to be a filmmaker. As well, we love movies and media and want to show our solidarity with those fighting for their rights at this time. We plan on releasing minisodes still starting August (on Mondays in place of our main episodes) so you won’t miss us too much, and hopefully this strike will get sorted out here soon. We’ve got great content coming your way once the strike is over!
